Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
House consider the Senate message (page 4295) on the following at

An Act relating to managed care for recipients of medical                     
assistance; and providing for an effective date.

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
Representative Vezey moved that the House concur in the Senate                 
amendment to CSHB 393(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 393(HES),
